What’s not in JIPMAT
No higher mathematics (trigonometry, coordinate geometry, matrices, vectors, calculus). No Quant short-answer (SA) section. No “Additional Grammar Practice” drill. Class 10–11 level throughout.

33 questions · Class 10–11 level. Number systems, arithmetic, algebra and geometry. Higher mathematics is not tested by NTA.

33 questions. Combines DI (tables, bar / line / pie, caselets) with logical, critical, and analytical reasoning. Argument-based and inference-based reasoning (IPMAT Indore LR topics) are not part of JIPMAT.

34 questions — the largest single section. Vocabulary, grammar, parajumbles, and reading comprehension. Mirrors IPMAT Indore VA scope, with one omission: no Additional Grammar Practice.

How JIPMAT differs from IPMAT Indore at a glance
Same QA arithmetic and modern maths, same VARC scope (minus Additional Grammar Practice), a focused LR subset. Removed entirely: argument-based reasoning (Strong/Weak, Strengthen/Weaken, Fallacy), inference-based reasoning (Fact–Inference–Judgement, Probably True/False, Inferences, Assertion–Reasoning), and the entire higher-mathematics block.
